Joe Mann

Joe has 15 years’ experience in financial services, working across insurance, financial services administration, and government settings. He brings to Bell Partners Finance credentials in leadership, project and change management, policy and regulation, ways of working, business transformation, continuous improvement, and organisational design.

Joe is highly qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science through Sydney University, Cert IV in Financial Services, a Masters in Management and an MBA through Deakin University. An example of Joe’s accomplishments in leadership was his role with the Enabling Workplace Agility program which commenced in 2019, and laid the foundation for the organisation’s COVID response in Australia and abroad. This helped people to achieve flexibility in their life to balance work and other commitments.

A devoted family man with two young sons, Joe can’t wait for the soccer season to watch his boys play and cheer them on. Sport and keeping fit generally have always been a big part of his life while health and well-being – both physical and mental – are important. “I take active steps to encourage healthier choices for those around me.”
